i really havnt used ne besides wha ti did on my recent stack, but man did this shit work, keep in ind i had a pretty good diet n did cardio 4 times a week, but i saw good results in 2 weeks, dont think diet cahnge n cardio would be this rapid, i HIGHLY reccomend this stack
Sesathin, lean xtreme(only took 2 in morn n 2 at night) and heat stack
I likes this alot because the heat stack didnt crack me out or gove me ne sides that usually come with an e/c/a stack, so this is HIGHLY reccomended n im sure u will see results

Your really dont have to cycle either. SesaThin is around $25 I believe, and Lean Extreme is $29ish depending on retailer.

which doesnt help his question at all. This is the supplement section after all. Good diet and cardio is a given.

i'm %7 body fat and have a fast metabolism therefore diet supplementation is out of the question but i'm also a trainer/nutritionist and my suggestions are always directed towards the less dangerous alternatives such as Chromium picolinate (250-500mcg daily), CLA, Garcinia, Spirulina...and a few others. These will be more effective for long term results without the problems that come with your usual 'quick fix' supplement.

Numerous scientific studies have shown that CLA does nothing to improve lipolysis...

agree. Though there is a recent one that indicates it does work over time, however the data and the study seems suspect.

Hot Rox has been good for fat loss for me and some other people I know, but then again Hydroxycut worked for me and not for them, but each body will react differently, but anything from BioTest is good IMO...DymaTize has another one out, Dyma-Burn Xtreme that's really good as well

    Agreed!

I used to be a huge believer in fat loss supps : I took CLA, HCA, chitosan, all the fat burners....nothing was worth the money.

Stick to the ECA, maybe add some l carnitine, and save your money for gear and protein!

I'm not saying they don't work AT ALL, but not good enough to justify the money spent

I think "good enough for the money spent" all depends on your finances and time. plus for some people they need a little extra just to get motivated, or they work on the I spent money on this and I am going to get my moneys worth principle.

I know a lot of people where the addition of a fatburner made a big difference, though probably not all due to the "fat burning effects" of the components.

If I take EC or Thermorexin I am ready to go to the gym, even if I was not particularly motivated before. HOw much of that is the stims and how much is me??? But it works for me.

I agree with these all except for CLA. CLA in numerous scientific studies has been shown to do nothing to improve lipolysis...
