    newbie

    Whats going on people,Just thought I tell every body about myself,got hooked on lifting in jr high after watching one of arnolds biographys,since then I havn't grown much in height [5'7'']but made up in size 190-200 lbs. 8-12 % bf.at age 26,think Ive done alright since jr high,I'm also a die hard outdoors man,and a family man,and a commeted lifter,I hope to learn a lot from you guys on the forum!!!!
