    Blood/Gear leak after injection

Bros, i just injected 400mg EQ, 200mg Tren e, 300mg Test e -3cc's into my glute and when i pulled the pin out, blood/gear started to leak out. Not really sure how much of it was gear but it bleed for about 30 seconds, should i inject alil more gear on monday to make up 4 what was lost, should i just let it go and hope it was mostly blood or what???

    BlInDsIdE,

I have been using the z track method for the
last 2 weeks. Im not injecting that much, but all
I get is a dab of blood on the alcohol pad right after
I pull the pin out. It would keep it all in that way, but
shooting and z tracking, and aspirating, thats alot
for one person...all twisted up lol

after you have finished injecting leave the needle/syringe in place for about 30 seconds so your body has a bit of time to move some of the gear from the spot u have injected then pull the needle out and massge for about another 20 seconds with a bit of cotton over the spot

You can leave it in a little longer, but if
its me, I want it out ASAP. The z-track method
works very well. There is a write up
on it, but I think the picture explains
    it well....

in the PIC the first image the skin is
pulled to the side slightly, once released
Z track.....whats coming out now, nada
Very simple, and effective...for me at least.

Ztrack works great on quad shots. Can be awkward on glutes.
