three weeks into my first cycle

I'm three weeks into my first and have got a few spots on my body but i have one on my nipple. Is this normal?

Im no expert, but tell these folks here
what U mean by spots?? do you mean lump under
the nipple? Test?? MG?? fill in the blanks, someone
will try to help you out, just missing a little detail.
