Today I was 260lbs @ 5'10
I need to get down to about 230lbs in 16 weeks.
My Bf was estimated at 13%
Chest 54'
Biceps pumped 20'
Thighs 28-29'
Waist 36'
My goal is to compete in 2006 but I like to be around 15lbs +- from the contest weight of 218-220lbs.
My problem is sugar cravings.
I need a good diet meal plan I can follow.
Any help I will appreciate.
