Can someone tell me how I can figure out what my heart rate should be when trying to burn fat by doing cardio? I know there's a certain level of intensity that is supposed to be used but I can't find any information on it.

220 minus your age then .65-.75 of this number is where ur heart rate should be, id say stay between .70 n .75, i feel i get a better workout this way
