If your training heavy and intense then play basketball or any cardio then you will not gain. You will just have wasted all the blood and sweat. I would just do cardio once or twice a week. If u really want to cut just eat the right foods (high protein,mod to none carbs). The only cardio I do involves me and my girl.![]()
