my buddys talked me into doing a bench contest july 2nd, this would be my first time doing such a contest. today i just started my cycle of 100mg ed of test prop and later adding some winny at 50mg ED! i will also be taking 20grams of the new CEE creatine ed as well. i know this is a short notice to do such a feat but my question is will the as kick in enough for me to get some good strength gains before july 2nd?? i do not want to get on the as that bloats me up like a toad thats why i picked the prop but is there any recomondations to anything eles that would be helpful FAST!!!
