Will cardio hinder gains during a Mass Cycle? i mean cardio is good ,like 2x a week or whenever to keep the blood flow and having a healthy heart and also keep some fat gain during the mass cycle to a minimal,any thoughts?

some of my buddies jog like 5 minutes before lifting, just long enough to get the blood flowing..as far as doing cardio daily..well your sweating...shedding water...and ur burning calories..very important part of a mass builders cycle..so yes cardio will hinder some gains..however like i said..5 minutes or so just to get the blood flowing is fine
