Tuna becomes a meal by adding a fuel source (ie. fat or carb). I blend 2 cans of tuna with two cans of diet pepsi... might not taste the best but it goes down in seconds.

I add tuna whenever I make something with groundbeef. If you just chrush the tuna down into it you wont notice the tuna taste(unless you go overboard) but add protein to the meal. If you use 3 times as much meat as tuna then your good to go.

Another thing you could do is to fry some chicken or lean pork. add the tuna. Pour half a can of chrushed tomatoes over it and spice it like hell(samba oelek is SO good to use for this). You wont notice the tuna.

try putting one can can tuna, 2 egg whites, roughly 3/4 cup wheat bran, few splashes of balsamic vinegar, and some black pepper
