What body fat should I be at by now? I am still holding a decent amount of water, but I would say I am around 8% . Abs and serratus look good in the am but still have the love handles a bit. So far I have been hitting the cardio only in the am. I was thinking about adding a night session as well now that the contest is nearing. Should I panic or is it still possible to hit that 5 to 6% mark? Excuse my newb questions but I dont have contest prep experience and want to make sure I reach my goals without peaking too early.
