8:00 am:
Meal 1 - 10 egg whites / 10 Almonds
10:45 am:
Meal 2 - 1 can tuna / 1 tbsp flax oil
1:30 pm:
Meal 3 - 6-8oz chicken breast / fiber rich veggies 1 cup
3:45 pm:
Meal 4 - 1 can tuna / 1 tbsp flax oil
5:30pm - 6:30pm - Weight Training
6:45pm - PWO - 50g pro/ 80g Dextrose
8-8:30pm:
Meal 6 - PPWO - 6-8oz chicken or shrimp / 8oz yam
Totals: 2195 kcal , 60g fat , 137g carb , 274g protein.
My goal is to lose 20lbs in 45 days. I am also running clen @120mcg/day.
Please let me know if I should change anything.
