also, it helps you with quicker protein synthesis.

for $3 for a big bottle of B6, its definatley worth it.

i take 200mg a day.

i have 100mg tablets so i take one in the morning, one before bed.

i think taking 50mg x 4 a day would be better, but i'd always forget.
