Any of yous guys get pics? I never new Bodybuilding was so huge in the UK! I've been there 3 times last being in 2000 and just remember most everyone being pasty white. (damn, I'm gunna get slammed now aren't I?!)

If any conciliation, I was almost hit by a bus on 3 differnet occations for looking the wrong way before crossing the street over there!

by the by- can you guys teach us some slang being used there now? Or even trends?

One SAD one over here are these STUPID yellow wrist bands that all FOLLOWERS are wearing to be "IN", it's sickening! I've asked several trend followers what they stand for and everyone of them has given me LAME EXCUSES as to what they stand for. NOT that i really care, they truley just wear them to be followers.

It was good. I met Ed Corney and Ernie taylor. Saw the mens open class, bought some cheap protein. It was a little small but it was still entertaining.
