I usually don't have a cheat day. I'll cheat for a meal here and there, but not a whole day. I really screwed up today. I've been eating crap all day today. Tuna with LOTS of mayo. Dorito's, Potato chips. Bread sticks. Granted, nothing like an ice cream sundae or a pound of chocolate, but I feel I need a slap upside the head today.
