    introduction

    Hi, im anew kid on the block. I had so many quetions for all of you regarding a.s. but due to all of the info . on this site theyve been answered,ALL BUT O NE. and since i also read the rules i wont ask IT. Im 38 yrs. of age ive been in and out of gyms since i was 13 yrs young(with the exception of two yrs.of hard core training.) thanks to those two yrs i build a foundation so its been easy for me to get back.However i want my insane methods of training to pay off in dividends and nothing less.I hope to have the support from all of you guys and gals.

    10-4 on the scammmers.thank you for repling im starting to smile all ready.It hasnt been easy getting here .im learning how to use a computer , type,and get info. TANK YOU
