I haven't eaten cheese in 2 months and miss it. Know that white cheese tends to be better for you than yellow cheeses, please correct if i'm mistaken. Well, curious to find out if anybody eats cheese and if so, which cheeses tend to be the healthiest for you....less cholesterol, less fat, etc.

, I said it's okay as part of a fat/pro meal, and believe it or not this is true for most. In the 1000's I've helped, we've avoided dairy in general, yes, but utilized full fat real cheese in meals as a fat source w/no ill-effects. (due to no milk sugar which is what lends that soft/bloated look) Even when cheese was taken out to "see" if there was a noticable difference, there wasn't.
