    "before" pics. Starting myfirst cycle

    Okay I'll try this again. The file was too big. Reduced colors to 8 bit and cropped the hell out of it so you can't see my beautifully appointed livingroom/gym.

    Here they are... my last all natural pics. Hope to put on 20 lbs in the next 2 months. 5'7" and about 200 in these. Looking for 220+ at end of cycle. There. I have committed myself and left myself open to humiliating rebuke if I don't make good! Now I got another reason to eat and train right!

    Took this one right after my first injection.

    Well I train au naturel. But I'll put on something and take a side shot when GF comes over. Quads aren't much to brag on and I'm carrying too much fat there to see any detail except the main cut between calves and hams, but I really should do a before on legs cause I intend to trash them pretty hard and hopefully build up some glutes too. Before shots sure get you focused, especially if you are kinda ashamed of them.

    Actually I always thought my arms were lagging. More proud of my back, delts, and pecs, actually. Thanks.

    BTW my before and after shots from when I first started training (no butt cracks... sorry!) are at www.sanbenitolock.com/bodybuilding Those first 4 months of training gave me more gains than the last 2-1/2 years.

    Should I take that pic down and paste on some shorts?

    Standard dbol/deca/sust cycle.

    dbol 50mg ED weeks 1-4
    deca 400mg weeks 1-10
    sust 500mg weeks 1-10
    injections twice a week for 3cc in glutes.

    A bit heavy for a first cycle I know. Training 3 years 5'7" 200lbs BF maybe 15% 43 yrs old. Just didn't want to piss around with something half assed and OTOH didn't want to go overboard either so I went with something more intermediate than beginner oriented.
