My caloric intake when cutting is lower on off days, as I do a no-carb day.

Yup, instead of 3 pro/carb meals and 3 pro/fat meals, I do 6 pro/fat meals instead. (The pro/fat meals typically have fewer calories than the pro/carb meals.)

I dont count my calories to the Q, or am i anal about them. I go meal by meal etc...

I thought i was being lazy by doing this but when i read SC's post on that...http://www.***********.com/t233-why-...-calories.html

    i saw i wasn't the only one.

but i try and make each day the same, except non training days its 2 pro\carb, all pro\fat meals would be too much fat for me in one day.
