First, i reviewed the cutting stickey and changed my diet to this updated version, any feedback would be appreciated. my stats 180lbs, bf 10% height 5'10, i will be running test e with eq and winny beginning june 1st.
my goal is to reach high 180's or low 190's with definition.

5am bowl of oatmeal
2 slices whole wheat bread
protein shake
10am 1 can tuna
flax seed oil
apple
12noon 2 chicken breast
mixed salad
pear
2pm bowl steamed brown or white rice?
5pm bowl of mixed nuts
banana
8pm workout
pwo -protein shake w/dextrose
9:30pm steak
yam
10pm cup of fat free cottage cheese w/ mixed nuts
protein shake
flax.
along with flax i will include glutamine, milk thistle, vitamin b6, am i missing anything? i have all my pct on hand. thnks again.
