pct help and suggestions

i am going to cycle:
wks 1-13 CYP 400mg wk (200mg twice wk)
wks 1-12 EQ 400mg wk (200mg twice wk)

i need help on pct...
is Clomi 70mL 35mg/mL and oral?
is Tamox 50 ML 20mg/ml and oral?

can you give me directions on how to take them,when to take them and how much to take, do i need to take anything else? it is appreciated !!!!!!

you need help on eq, any dose lower than 600mg of eq is a waste of money
and yes both the tamox and clomi are orals the lill syringe is only for measuring purposes

ha some peeps can get good gains on 400mg i get nice gains off 400 but LOVE the veins on 600

ok now im going to be the one to say 500mg. i would just do 500mg with 600mg test. you gains will be nice and lean.
