    i am doing 40 now. planned on doing it for 7 weeks, gonna get some more and bump it up to 45 and run it for 10 weeks.

    I like 75. But you can increase your dosage if you need to start around 40mgs.

    Everyone is different but I weigh about 218, 10% bf- I am NOT a heavy gear user and I see great results with 40mg ed/ 8weeks. FYI I ran it as part of an EQ stack though.

    If you are Talking about THEMINDOFROSS he is banned bro. And I would say start with 40mg but if you think you need more then up the dose.

    I'm in week 2 at 30mgs ED and I'm very pleased with it. Gonna run it 10weeks. Be sure to chew your tabs for better absorbtion.

    Var

    Depending on cycle history, weight, and goals, one should take anywhere from 20mgs-75mgs of Anavar, for a duration of up to 10 weeks(in lower doses)

    Anavar has a half-life of 9 hours, so taking 2 doses, once upon awakening, and once before bed--would be the BEST way to keep blood levels high and steady.

    Its a great drug.

    The average bodybuilder weighing 200 lbs, should be taking at least 40mgs of Var ED for at least 8 weeks.
