    Exclamation I need some help!!!!

    I am 27 years old. I am 5'3 and weight 154 lbs. I am currently trying Weight Watchers but a friend at work told me to come to this sight. I joined about 3 months ago but am just now sitting down to look at the sight. What do I need to do to lose this wieght?
