Well, ideally you'd have your diet laid out and you'd have a last meal.
Dependent upon if it's a training day or not, will dictate what the last meal is.
Usually people choose a fat/protein meal before bed, NOT any kind of fruit or carbs, no.

I guess my question is more: What is a good snack before bed?
A lean protein and a good fat. turkey or tuna for protein and flax oil, almonds, or mayo for fat. These are just a few examples. However like swolcat said it must meet your diet. Meaning meet your macros. ie grams of protein and fat
