lol its a perscrip appetitie suppressent for obease people that acts as an amphetamine but is in truth a smooth muscle tissue relaxor which takes away hunger pains and IMO is mandatory if u run EQ for a cutting cycle.

I know that diet tech by muscletech has hunger reducing qualities but I'm not interested in reducing my hunger in the day just the night. Since it has stimulant properties I don't want to take it at night. Anyone know what's in it to reduce hunger? Thanks.
Garcina Cambogia or something like that is suppose to stop cravings... beats me though never worked for me though people swear by it..

i like spectrum only cuz it doesnt have that uber bitter after taste.. and they have a pimp variety of dif flax some have like lemon and others have cinimon flavors.. never tried them though.. -_-
but straight flax oil w/ about 30g Casein pro and some eggwhites should be ample for bedtime meal dependent upon your size and metabolic rate.
might even lower the casein to 20g ...
