hey guys just thot id post my diet since every1 is
1 hr after cardio cuz i cant stomach ne food b4 that
-meal 1 : eggwhites and eggs no specific ratio sometimes with spinach
atleast 10 egg whites or 5 or so whites and whey pro
-meal 2 : raw oats in water gross

with eggwhites 10-15
-meal 3 : chicken with mushrooms and olive oil
-meal 4 : chicken with green beans and flax oil
-meal 5 : pwo
-meal 6 : chicken and rice ,some peas and carrots
WTF MAN .. no TURKEY?!
might make meal 4 pwo or meal 3 so ill have more time to stabalize blood sugar at nite depending on time money and college
i would if possible if your trying to lean up
umm cheat meal is once a week:usually a medium pizza with extra pepp and extra cheez 2 hardees burgers 1 big MC milk shake with some cinnamon rolls and maybe if im still up for more qa big mac or smth
make sure you still get your ample protein IMO
water intake :bout 3-4 liters everyday
Up this to 5 liters if your protein intake is high... takes water for body to utilize the polypeptide chains in pro. Plus pro can act as a thermo/diuretic in high amounts especially whey
supp dextrose(already here) , some whey isolate hopefully soon
i dont count calories and prob wont
