This will be my first cycle and i'm looking to bulk myself up

I'm not asking any questions here

just thought it could be of use to some of you to see what others are doing

weeks 1-12 Test Enth 500mg per week
weeks 1-11 Deca 400mg week
weeks 1-17 Nolvadex 20mg ED
weeks 1-17 Vitamin B6 200mg ED
weeks 15-17 Clomid PCT

1 banana
1 pint skimmed milk

50g peanuts
