A guy from the gym told me to inject test prop 6 days/week. 6 on, 1 off... 6 on, 1 off... Do you guys think this is a good idea or should I just do it every single day?

ED funny where these gym rats get there ideas but they sure come up with some crazy ones!
ed is recommended but I know ppl who have gotten results from eod
