Say you are getting roughly 30-35% of your daily calories from fat, however most of this fat is good fat(mono/poly unsaturated). Is this still too much fat to be taking in regardless of whether it is good fat or not?I would say maybe only 1/3 of the fat in my diet is from saturated fat.
I'm still tweaking my diet as I just started to bulk this week, but typically I am right around a 30/30/40 split.
