hey guys just joined the site.
im about 16 years old and weigh 180 not too much fat around 12% bfp and my bicepts are around 14.5"
now since school is almost done i want to run some deca over the summer and gain some muscle for rugby, do you guys have any good info i should know..right now all i know is to inject the deca weekly until im finished for the summer (this is just a short steriod use period)...after that what should i take for anti-estrogen (clomid?) and when to do it after the cycle. and PLEASE! is there anyway to keep most gains besides eating right and continuing to work out anyway thanks a lot i cant f**kin wait to run this stuff once this rugby season is over which will be in under 10 days im hittin up the gym
