hey guys i just bought some corn thins (rice cakes) they are organic and contain flaxseed and soy. however, they are fat free but for every 2 cakes, there is 10 grams of carbs.
are these carbs or fats?? it says that there is omega-3 and omega-6 in each one.
i have been eating 2 cakes with 2 pieces of grilled chicken as a meal and calling it pro/fat.
also, is this okay...
on my training days i eat 2 pro/carb meals (breakfast which is meal 1 and PPWO...PWO has carbs but its dextrose)
on non-training days (weekends) i also eat 2 pro carbs meals ( breakfast - oatmeal and dinner I will probably have a yam with my fish or actually today im gonna make it lunch cuz i have some protein pasta with grilled chicken and veges)
should i make it one pro/carb and the rest pro/fats on non-training days and is so should i cut out the oatmeal in the mroning or the brown rice/yam/protein pasta in the afternoon/evening???
and 1 more question - protein bars i have a full box of Nitrotech which are low in fat, low in sugars and low in carbs (only 6 grams) 34 grams of protein...i know most of you recommend staying away from protein bars but sometimes i bring one with me to work...this is obviously a pro/carb meal right and would you eat a bar alone as a meal?
