    New Pic - 205lbs @ 9%BF

    Took it today. I kept my sodium high the last couple days since my carbs were low. Loaded up last night though on Carbs and had a nice pump today in the gym. So I took a pic, here you go you bastards.

    Lucid is too big. I gotta say that there's only three times I've gone out and had a kick ass time. Twice and This Is London because everyone was so goddamn social and friendly and once at Mad Bar, as shitty as that place is I went with the right people.

    The last places I worked as a bouncer downtown where Money, Easy & The Fifth and London. Money is for the young, Easy's for the old and London's for inbetween.

    I've bounced at Essence a couple of times. (twice) A buddy of mine bounces there and asked if I wanted to work. I wont be goin there anymore. Too crazy. Devils Martini is alright. I'm not much of a clubber though. I took my girl to Panorama last weekend. Pretty chillin there. 51 floors up, on top of the Manulife building. Crazy patio with the most awesome view of the T.O skyline. You guys have to check it out if you havent already. Really small place though. We should all party it up one night. Hit a lounge or somethin.

    nice place to hang out is the The Drake Hotel... very schnazzy lounge, bar, patio ... very shcnazzy.

    bars well, Brant house is good, Easy on the fifth is alright...

    after hours .. BOA baby.

    so, you go to the drake and get some pre drinks and wicked maki rolls, then off to the bar and booze it some more....

    then to BOA for the "real" pahhtay... and ur up till 7am

    every week... maybe I should cut down abit.... and focus on my diet.
