Perform barbell shrugs except do them behind your back, with barbell close to hammys

    Hope this helps C_Bino

LMAO This is pretty old. I will admit my traps are definitely a stubborn muscle for me. Everyone has a stubborn muscle group, for many its calves, and it can be tricky. Just have to find what works for you, I already know any exercise you can tell me for traps, I train them on back day and hit the bottom, middle and top fibers (as they all have different actions).

I found that sitting backwards on the seated shrug machine and leaning my head forward really helps bring in the upper fibres.

    Thanks for the help
