on the day you have to inject, should it be taken befor you work out ?????????and does it make a big difference and how soon befor ?

Some do it before some do it after. I don't think its going to kick in if you take it right before you work out. Mentally, you might get pumped if you take it before a workout. But it really doesn't matter when you take it. I do my injections after I work out and have taken a shower. I feel cleaner if I inject myself after a nice warm shower.

i prefer mine before, about 10-15 mins after i wake up
