I'm getting so pissed because everytime I run on the treadmill the pain throughout and knee and ankle is tremendous. I have flat feet which means my foot has no give thus not helping cushion any impact which takes a toll on my ankle and knee. Adding to that, my left hip was injured real bad in a basketball game (think getting swooped off your feet while youre going up to the basket and landing flat on your hip on concerete and not being able to walk for 2 weeks) so since that hip is messed up I always limp a tiny tiny bit which causes my left leg to just pound on the treadmill. so there it is, i'm on my way to blowing my knee and ankle out. fvck it though because I could give 2 sh!ts about my knee once I get the body I want. fvck you knee and fvck you too ankle, i'm working past you motherfvckers! just had to vent...
