not necessarily to train just the fact that you like em and why?

mine are obliques and shoulders... just simply because they look some complex and when in good shape have the most dramatic movement and flash ... especially shoulder and when you do a lateral side raise type movement and see them all fire off and wiggle around...

I like my love muscle because its given me (and some lucky ladies) hours of pleasure over the years. I train it atleast twice a day. I love it cause it makes me feel so damn good...

on a woman, i love the back......if you can see any sort of musculature in the upper back, its a turn on. i also like to see a little definition in the calf and thigh.....not much, but enough to tell she works out.

Chest because it is the easiest to gain strength in. But then abs and obliques because without them it doesnt matter how big you are it doesn't look good.

triceps & shoulders. i always get crazy pumps in my triceps more than any other muscle. weighted dips are my all time fav. training shoulders is fun because after a few sets my veins buldge bigtime.
