what up guys i have been on a riping cutting diet for about 13 weeks now i got down to 5-6% Bf i was totally ripped i was at a peak for for about 3 weeks then i crashed..i hit a wal hard....couldnt lift i had not no energy at all i started gaining Bf back ?? why is this now i took a week off now im back in action feeling better but im holding water like crazy im still maintaing the diet but i feel lke i gained some Bf back why id this abd how do i get rid of it im still doing the cardio and weight training split 5-6 days a week should i up intisity on cardio
