I believe if you continue to do what you've been doing and hit the chest/legs hard (legs for overall body growth) you will be just fine. You seem to have good proportions!

Lookin' tight bro... I think the reason your arms seem small is not because of the bicept per say, but your shoulders and forarms over power the upper arm. Your tricepts need size... If you look at swoles arms the bicepts are big but the measurements come from the thickness of tricepts as well... I would work on those as they are 2/3 of your upper arm.
Remember if you are doing close grip bench for tri's you will be hitting the chest a bit too. And as swole said legs, squats and even deads will help with total growth. After your leg workout you should barely be able to walk...
Damn good work, get those tri's hard and you will be sporting 17-18" arms anytime soon by the look of your dedication.
Another thing... skin out the dome. And next pics of your legs do not work them for one week and skin them down too.
Also get some Thyomucase... PNP sells it, and will take water from underneath the skin(at least look into it for posing purposes). If I used it it would just show off my fat cells, lol.

i would just like to add that if it was not for a AR i would not know how to cycle propley (deca,d/boll) not know what pct is. It has helped me to train better. To diet myself harder than what i was before. and how and when to do cardio. If i did not find this site and decided to learn i would not be any where near the shape that i am in. What i am trying to say is thank you to everyone who helped people on this site and now i'am trying to do the same thing by helping new member's. peace out
