I heard that a lot of dedicated BBs wake once or twice in the middle of the night to eat some kind of meal or shake, I'm nowhere at that level of dedication but I do want to eat a meal before I go to bed that will a slow release protein, maybe 40-50 g. that will fight against catabolism during the night. I was wondering about what you guys thought was a good protein to ingest before counting sheep. Thanks for your input![]()
