    Tai's Cheat Day

    1 tub of reduced fat Cruncy peter pan PB.. (kuz it taste better w/ the added sugar) and 1 bag of double stuff oreo's
    put in large tupaware bowl mix up .. live off it for rest of day..GG

    deep fry twinkies and dip em in the pb with the oreos
    check out my neiman marcus recipie ill post some more "famous" recipies when i get em

    I like to get cookie dough hagen daaz ice cream (1part) and whip cream(10parts) dude I can't get enough whip cream

    i just consumed in one meal i consumed 18x140 = oreo cals
    210 x 12 = pb cals
    + 1 diet dr. pepper...
    total cals = 's too big a number for me

    why "diet" dr pepper?
    I thought i was bad last Saturday when i had 1500 cals worth of chcolate!

    neat thing is Tren increases feed efficiency.. and somethign about pop .. all that sugar.. just doesnt seem like a good idea.. u know...

    Yeah, good thing those oreos and PB servings( waht was it 5k calories?) don't have any sugar

    shh.. its saturdays and only sugar that counts on weekends is from pop and french fry's

    okay I am confused?? Are you guys serious, you eat ANYTHING once a week? I just posted my new diet. Should I plan for one cheat meal, mmmm oreos and deep fried twinkies....

    IMO a cheat meal is fine once a week. To keep you sane and keep your body guessing. As long as your diet is strict and clean the rest of the time it will be fine bro

    All of that doesn't sound like a cheat day/meal, it sounds like some kind of psychotic food craving. Dieting should never get you to that point.
