Unhappy Please help me help my dog

My dog was in heat for far too long, its been like 3 weeks or more, the bleeding was horrible at first but it toned down over time. She also stoped eating (its hot, she's in heat, my mother is gone so she misses her...), and hasn't eaten ANYTHING in a few days! That (and the blood loss) made her extremly weak, and now she can barely hold herself up on her paws!

So, today I said, enough is enough, and called the vet. He thinks its some sort of hormonal imbalance and gave her injections :

    vit C,B,D : for apettite
vit K : to stop the bleeding a bit
and 130 ml (10 shots) of glucose

He said we'll have to wait till the evening to see some results. The bleeding is reduced but there is still some. She still wouldn't eat or drink, so I gave her 50g of dextrose in water and made her drink it (my father who is a doctor said it can't do harm, it could only help). The vet was here at 13:00, she drank the dex at 18:00 (I just did that this second)

What do yall think I should do next?

Don't know if this will help, bor, but have you tried fried chicken? I'm being serious...our dogs (english mastiffs) have eaten that when they wouldn't eat anything else( this was after surgery for kidney stones, 1 had seizures, etc.)..as long as the vet ok's her eating something..I'd definitely give it a try..Once they start eating again, they'll often continue to regain their appetite..good luck....

Just make it chicken nuggets. A dog will eat the chicken bones and risk getting the hollow bones stuck in the throat. If it's got bones, strip it off the bones first.
