i always end with them, just cause if i do them in the begining, my lower back will be so fried, i cant do any bent over rows! and that isnt cool.

I do them last because I usually feel like I'm going to puke (and occasionally do) afterwards.

If I do them first, I have no energy to do anything else because I put a TON of effort into my deads.

i warm up my lower back with sit-ups, and back extentions , weight-assisted chins. then chins, then rows, a good break then deads, i dead lift off the ground, and sometimes off a box, sometimes off a rack. but, pulling heavy off the ground has been over for me for years.............. yea, iknow later bro charlie r

Always last....too draining to put them anywhere else.

If I did them first, I would want to leave right after them

    I do deads first

It seems to make sense to me

    Deadlifts are a hard exercise

If i do them at the end of my session when i'm tired i won't give it 100% and my form will be off

When i train chest i do Bench first

When i train legs i squat first

So it makes sense (to me) to do Deads first

Of course, i may have over-looked something which suggests i'm completely wrong

Don't know though - Just my opinion

I do em last so the body is fully warmed up, deads are such a big movement and are potentially dangerous

First always. What's involved in the lift makes it the larger muscle group, larger muscle groups always get it first for me unless there is a special priority. Have also found the lower back to get far to pre-exausted via heavy bent/t-bar rows, to do them last.

i find this makes my bents rows and all that suffer doing deads first
