A waste of time/effort/money..keep blood levels constent and take 30/mg everyday i would bump up to 40/mg thou
also i hope u have some test in their also.. or you will keep about 2% of gains

yes, i have 30mg per day for the first 4 weeks of dbol. it works plenty good.....i really don't' think there is a need for more. but the reasoning to take less on a non workout day is because since it only takes a brief period of time to feel the effects, i thought it may be a good way to conserveOriginally Posted by AnaBolic_hOsS
Keep taking it on off days.
Stay with the 30mg ED, you don't want to f up your blood level, and risk estrogen
As an aside...make you sure you keep Nolvadex around. I reacted horribly to dbol. Nipples were on fire. I stopped taking dbol and hit the Ndex hard.
keep taking them like everyone said and try and spread them out like a few every hours,and u dont need to up your dose, 30mgs is plenty
