    Question

    is it good to always keep switching up your workouts every few months so your body doesnt adjust?

    Yes of course. Just like swole said you answered your question. Changing up your workout will provide for a greater stimulus.

    keeping the same exact routine for 6-8 weeks is the best way to go IMO so you can keep track of your routine and your progress, and once it stops then switch it up!

    Don't over emphasize variation and under emphasize progressive overload. Changing up exercises and routines is great, but I truly believe as long as you are progressively overloading, growth will occur!!
