CEE capping

i have the machine that holds 50 caps, and 00 sized caps. how much CEE should i put on the machine?

if you pack the caps down with a tamper as much as you can, and do that about 3 times, it is around 500mg/cap

Thats the same size (00) I use for capping. I use 4 caps 30 mins before training and then 4 more caps right after. So your looking at getting a little more than 2 grams per serving.
