i plan to take hawthorn berry extract, NAC, Milk thistle, Co Q-10, B-12, multivitamins during my one month cycle on sci-fit's M1t. but i was wondering when I should be having these supplements. Like should i stack the heart supplements together with a meal and the liver supplements with another meal??? I planned to take the M1t in morning on an empty stomach 10 min before my cardio workout. What do you guys think?
