Yeah...I read that cinnamon thing in BodyOpus a few years ago....I've been putting cinnamon in my MetRx (*vanilla) for years now....I think it's comprable to using Chromium Picolinate....
My ppwo meal is oatmeal and i load it up with cinamon and some splenda. I didnt realise it was something good for you as well![]()
