I started today lowering my var to 10mg a day, would any of you say it would be ok to go back up to 20mg in a few weeks or should I just stay at 10mg? My training has been really good except this week has kinda sucked from lack of sleep. All so what other types of steriods does any of you suggest in the future? doeses and types, its nice to have good info on here, because my man knows his stuff but only when it comes to men not woman, so he can only help so much with me.
