M1T but what about 4AD?

If I decide to start my 3rd M1T cycle, where do I find the banned 4-AD? Is there anything else that I can use? I have never used it before but Ive heard that its nessesary. I remember being very irratated and lethargic. I hope there is an alternative since the ban.
