    you really need to test in any cycle you do bro... what about pct or anti e's? got alot of good stuff on this board, i think you should start by reading some of the informational threads

    u gotta go with a higher dose on Deca at least 400mg/week for 10 weeks
    and maybe some Test or Sus at 500 mg/week for 10 weeks as well, other wise i don't think u'll be happy with the gains.
